Your unlock is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not to us. On your new device, install Bullet Baby, sign in to the same store account you bought it with, and use the app's restore-purchase option. If it still doesn't unlock, email us.
A gift code unlocks all forty weeks and every tool on the phone it's redeemed on: in the app, tap Redeem a gift and type it in. If a code won't go through, check the spelling first. If it still won't take, email us with your receipt number. Please don't send payment details by email.
Lost the code? Check your receipt email first: the code is printed on it. (It's sent by Stripe, our payment processor; search your inbox for "Bullet Baby" or "Baby Daddy Games".) The page you landed on after checkout shows it too, until it's redeemed. Still can't find it? Email us with your receipt number, or with the email address you paid with and roughly when, and we'll look it up. If the code hasn't been redeemed yet, we'll send it to you again.
Gift codes bought from us: a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email us with your receipt number. After 30 days, gift codes are non-refundable, whether or not the code was redeemed. A refunded code stops working, including on a phone where it was already redeemed. The full policy is in our Terms of Service.
Purchases made inside the app are processed by Apple and Google, so their refunds go through them: request one from your App Store purchase history or Google Play order history. We can't issue those refunds.
Tell us. Include your phone model and what you tapped right before it happened, and we'll get a fix out.
