These terms are an agreement between you and Baby Daddy Games, LLC ("we", "us") about the Bullet Baby app and Bullet Baby gift codes. By using the app, or by buying or redeeming a gift code, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or buy a gift code.
Gift codes bought from us can be refunded in full within 30 days of the purchase date. To ask for one, email support@bulletbaby.com with your receipt number.
After 30 days, gift codes are non-refundable, whether or not the code has been redeemed.
When a gift code's payment is refunded or reversed (including through a chargeback), the code stops working, including on any phone where it was already redeemed.
Purchases made inside the app through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google and refunded under their own policies. We can't issue those refunds.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived by agreement, such as rights for digital content that is faulty or not as described.
Bullet Baby is for education and entertainment. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it doesn't replace your doctor, midwife, or care team. If you think there may be a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911. The app's in-app user agreement, including its medical disclaimer, is part of these terms.
The app's military humor is a theme. Bullet Baby is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency or military service.
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content, or try to get around its purchase, gift-code, or trial checks.
What you enter in the app stays on your phone. Our Privacy Policy explains the two small network checks the app makes, and what happens when you buy a gift code.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Baby Daddy Games, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us. This doesn't limit liability for our gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. A purchase is covered by the terms in force on the day you made it, including its refund window.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
